Black & White World
Black & White World was a slightly funky alternative rock band that was actually on Blonde Vinyl long enough to record two full albums. They were also known for humorous and witty lyrics set to energitic or introspective music, depending on the mood of the song. They were also one of the few Blonde Vinyl acts to create a video (for "Love is the Law").

Rob and Dave went on to form several different original and cover bands after Black & White World.

Comments about Black & White World
Just want to add that Rob Gallas and Dave C. went on to be involved in 2 other OC based bands in the late 90s and early 00s. First was Oscar, which had an EP release called "Put Your Pants On". Oscar later evolved into Free Spin. I'm not sure if Free Spin ever released anything.

My band did a cover of "Love is the Law" back in the day. I loved that song. Wore the cassette out though. I need to find it on CD.

So what ever happened to that handsome shredder that took Burtons place?

Rob - thanks for posting. I'm listening to the Straight 78 mix now. It's great to hear your voice again. My 13 y.o. son just discovered "Devotion" today and played it. We saw you perform live at the Sonlight festival in MN that year!
