I was just listening to this recently and thought “man I wonder if this is Wally singing”. I had no clue 20 years ago when I first heard this that it was him.
We had “Can It Really Be” played at our wedding 20 years ago. It is a truly moving song. It almost seems it was a filler song to complete a full cd, since the “Band” never really existed, but I’ll take it. It’s sad to see what’s become of Wally/Franky. I’m sure he still knows God deep in his marrow, he probably doesn’t realize it, but it’s his choice. It’s a choice he should not take flippantly. I know he will never see this comment, but there are people out there still praying that he has a change of heart. Rediscover that spark of life that only God through His Son Jesus can freely give.
