Review and Thoughts
LSU at the Church of the New Order by John R. Williamson from The Cutting Edge #63 (April 1989)
Some briefs thoughts from Marcus G. Larson:
“First time they played ‘The Bomb,’ I think. I was at the release party for this album [Wakin’ Up the Dead] at Knott Berry Farm’s some months later. Doidge was back in their ranks for the first time in a while for that event. Here’s a couple pictures with Mike Sauerbrey, that also feature me singing ‘I’m Torn’ with Knott. Set that night was most of Shaded Pain, and also ‘I’m Not,’ ‘See Me Fall,’ ‘Free Her,’ and ‘Live for the Son.’ Oh – and ‘The Bomb’ – which was the first Id heard that one.”
