Michael Knott and Gene Eugene Live at Houghton College 4-24-1999

From 1999 until about 2003, Michael Knott toured extensively as a solo act across the nation. This bootleg captures one of a few unique nights when he played with Gene Eugene. Knott starts off the set as a solo act, but Eugene joins him half way through on keys and adds a special twist to the songs. Joshua Lory found a good quality bootleg of that show and had Bruce Neher master it for release. You can check it out on BandCamp. This bootleg contains the never before released song “Only You” (previously referred to as “Take Me Down”) and several improv songs as well as fun banter between Knott and Eugene.
